工作內容：
1. 根據市場需求和產品定位，提出遊戲概念和核心玩法設計。
2.設計遊戲系統、規則、角色設計、劇情背景及關卡設計，確保遊戲具有吸引力和挑戰性。
3.設計遊戲內部的數值體系，包括角色能力、遊戲經濟系統等，確保遊戲的平衡性。
4.持續進行遊戲內平衡調整，並根據測試結果調整數值設定，優化玩家體驗。
5.根據目標玩家群體，設計符合需求的遊戲體驗，提升遊戲的趣味性和沉浸感。
6.進行市場研究，分析當前遊戲市場的趨勢及競品，提出創新且具吸引力的遊戲元素。
7.分析遊戲數據，了解玩家行為、遊戲內經濟平衡等，提出相應的調整和改進建議。

備註: 
若有放置型、休閒療愈型手游企劃經驗者佳。

能力需求：
- 3年以上參與遊戲策畫並參與開發的經驗。
- 具解決問題的獨立思考能力、重視工作產出品質、處理事情謹慎細心。
- 積極處理協作時遇到的任何問題或緊急狀況，並確保成品能達到最佳效果 。
- 配合專案時程與項目需求完成各項工作。

Job Responsibilities:

Develop game concepts and core gameplay mechanics based on market demands and product positioning.
Design game systems, rules, character development, story backgrounds, and level designs to ensure an engaging and challenging experience.
Develop and balance in-game numerical systems, including character abilities and game economy, to maintain fair gameplay.
Continuously fine-tune game balance and adjust parameters based on testing results to enhance player experience.
Design immersive and enjoyable gameplay experiences tailored to the target audience.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and competitors, and propose innovative and engaging game elements.
Analyze game data to understand player behavior, in-game economy balance, and provide optimization suggestions accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in idle, casual, or relaxing mobile game planning is a plus.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in game planning and development.
Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to proactively handle collaboration challenges and emergency situations to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Capability to complete tasks efficiently while aligning with project schedules and requirements.
