  - Technical Promotion
  - Feasibility study, specs discussion with customers and coordinating with RDs.

2. Project Management
  - Project management for ASIC design service project during developing stage
  - Project quality, performance, resource management
  - Coordinate related project owners with cross function teams to insure project move forward smoothly.

  1.Technical requirement:
  - Experience of ASIC/SoC/IC/silicon-IP design or service is necessary
  - Knowledge of IC/wafer foundry/OSAT industrial solutions
  
  2.Management requirement:
  - Management experience of ASIC/SoC/IC design service project is necessary
  - Knowledge of Project engagement and delivery
  - Fluent English is writing and conversation
  
  3.Work experience : 8Y+ in IC design and related industrial
