[Key Objective]
Responsible for the development and performance of all facets of Sales in Taiwan to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s sales targets.
[Key Responsibilities]
• Identify, prospect, and secure high-value corporate clients.
• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection(RFPs) through to successful closure
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the market, as well as local organizations, industry associations, and key stakeholders to create a strong referral pipeline.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close complex contracts, delivering customized travel solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
[What We’re Looking For]
• Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the TMC or corporate services industry.
• Local Connections: Demonstrated ability to establish and leverage relationships with local organizations, associations, and networks to drive referrals.
• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with mid-to-large enterprises.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute targeted sales plans that deliver measurable results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication abilities.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Taiwan market, including industry trends and key business drivers.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
