Job Summary: 
We are looking for a flexible and driven Vice Manager to join our design team. This role leads the team to create high-performance designs that meet clients' needs and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the Vice Manager will be responsible for the team’s performance outcomes and provide guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting a positive team environment.

Responsibilities: 
1. Develop and implement commercial design strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall business goals and drive performance outcomes.
2. Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring that design initiatives contribute positively to the company’s overall performance metrics. 
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and customer needs. 
4. Lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the organizations. 
5. Develop and maintain budgets and timelines for projects and communicate progress and results to stakeholders. 
6. Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's processes. 

Requirements: 
1. Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant creative discipline. 
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in design team management, including full-cycle design experience from concept, project management, and team management experience, etc. 
3. Performance Accountability: Proven track record of driving performance outcomes and meeting business objectives through design tasks. 
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and other departments. 
5. Skills: Excellent design skills are required, including a sensitivity to new technologies and trends.
