工作內容

【Network and System Management】
1. Familiar with network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, enterprise wired and wireless network planning, construction, management and maintenance experience
2. Have experience in firewall management: Familiar with firewall configuration, policy design, event management and troubleshooting.
3. Experience in managing Windows and MacOS operating systems.
4. Ensure the smooth operation of information equipment in each department and provide users with necessary support and maintenance operations.

【Communication and collaboration skills】
1. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, equipment or service suppliers, and external audit agencies.
2. Active and positive work attitude.
3. Ability to write and maintain security policy, procedure and reporting documents.
4. Evaluate computer and other hardware requirements with users, management, suppliers, and technical staff.
5. Manage the personal performance and development goals of department members, and assist and enhance the capabilities of department members.
