工作內容

1.Manage NPI from engineering to mass production, includes NPI development milestone and schedule, key deliverables and scope change control
2.Cross-Department Collaboration:
  - Work closely with R&D, Marketing, sales team and manufacturing to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  - Ensure effective communication between departments and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
3.Issue Resolution and Communication:
  - Lead the resolution of operational and technical issues, requiring a strong understanding of the industry and close teamwork.
  - Foster a collaborative environment, working directly with different teams to ensure project success.
4.Manufacturing and Sample Tracking:
  - Oversee and track manufacturing processes, including wafer and IC production.
  - Ensure timely delivery of goods and samples, coordinating schedules with various teams.
  - Monitor key milestones like sample and wafer packaging days.

**Hands-On Coordination**: This role involves daily tasks such as working directly with teams to track progress and ensure smooth operations.

  3. Candidates with experience in project management or product development engineering are preferred.
  4. Experience with automotive FuSa and Datacenter-related projects is a plus.
