工作內容

1. Well communication skill: Capable to direct contact and collaborate with foreign customers in English by logic info. delivery and discussion
2. NPI project scheduling and planning : well know NPI development stage and setup milestone to work out full schedule, action plans and risk assessment
3. NPI project coordination and management : Coordinate related departments to know project goal and schedule achievement. Resolve difficulties during development through team work and risk management
4. NPI cost and budget control : Well control cost and budget during NPI development, coverage from NPI samples quote certification cost, BOM cost, R&D resource, manufacturing cost and production flow...etc..
5. ECR/ECN follow up during NPI and MP stages
6. MP projects sustain
