Candidates must have 3+ years experience creating visual design with a focus for interactive system. Must present an online portfolio of relevant work for consideration.
- Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Experience shipping products from concept to production creation. - Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment. - Knowledge of formal visual design and composition principles, and a working knowledge of Interaction Design and Information Architecture. - Create inspiring mood boards and style frames. Illustrate scenarios and storyboards into UI elements and design comps for interactive prototypes. - Deliver production-ready master design templates and develop comprehensive design guidelines. - Ability to deliver high-quality design deliverables within a given timeframe. - Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive nature. - Ability to work in a team and to integrate director feedback quickly. - Flexible to changes in production and able to shift focus between a range of tasks. - Contribute to an evolving design culture and process throughout HTC's worldwide Creative Labs design organization.
