工作內容
工作項目:
- Work with Corporate Data Research Center and Multimedia Business Units on data management and pricing/demand planning model optimization.
- Work with the Business Unit product managers on pricing management and demand planning.
- Follow through pricing and demand planning performance, collect feedback from the market PMs, and AMs, and propose strategy improvement.
應徵條件:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with a semiconductor product company, with in-depth knowledge of products, market positioning, and customer behavior.
- 2+ years of experience in planning, operations, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with factors influencing market or operations.
- Proven ability to work with analytics tools or teams to support decision-making.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and understanding their implication for business.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Hands-on experience in a frontline role is preferred.
- Proven ability to engage in or lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively align teams and present pricing decisions to stakeholders.
