工作內容

Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
Willingness to learn and engage in post-silicon characterization, correlation, qualification, and debugging.
Strong knowledge in ATE testing, DFT methodology, and CMOS device physics.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical audiences, with methodical problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, solution-focused mindset, and attention to detail.
Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high sense of teamwork with intellectual honesty.

  Experiences using C++ & python/Perl in Linux environment (user and/or kernel modes)
  Knowledge of SoC design tools and methodologies, including synthesis, static timing analysis, and formal verification.
  Experience withe data tool with JMP/Excel or R related data analytic tools.
  Passionate about experimental work and data evaluation, hunger to get to the bottom of understanding where models fall short in the real world 
  Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
