1.Lead project team for new product development from RFQ/Project kick off to mass production to meet cost/specification/schedule/quality target.
2.Main contact window for differ region customer in NPI stage.
3.Communication and coordinate with customer and function team members
4.Lead the Project issue review and risk assessment coordination
5.Meeting with customer in english
