工作內容

1. Product Development & Strategy
• Lead the development of molecular diagnostic products, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept validation to clinical and commercial application.
• Drive innovation, differentiation, and competitive positioning to strengthen market leadership.
2. Laboratory Management & Compliance
• Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources, workflows, and infrastructure, optimizing lab capabilities to support product development.
• Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with CAP, LDTS, ISO 15189, and other relevant standards.
• Support internal and external audits to maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and develop product development and laboratory teams, ensuring proper training and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with Bioinformatics, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive product success.
• Contribute to pricing and business strategy, ensuring product market competitiveness.

  Qualifications
  Education
  • Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Medicine, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, clinical labs, or biopharma, with 2+ years in management.
  • Proven experience in product development and molecular diagnostics (e.g., NGS, qPCR, RT-PCR, cfDNA, miRNA, methylation).
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory quality management, including method validation, compliance, and audits
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in bioinformatics, database management, or liquid biopsy technologies (cfDNA, ctDNA, EVs).
  • Background in CAP-accredited lab management, LDTs development, or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in business strategy, technology licensing, or global market expansion..
  • Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
