工作內容

This position is responsible for modeling and analog circuit simulation,with a focus on spice model and improving simulation .

Candidate should have an advanced degree in electrical engineering , applied physics or similar .

Candidate with following experience will be considered
1.Model extraction included behavioral modeling and statistical modeling .
2.Device physics

  2.Power mos device and model extraction is better 
  3.Familiar to hspice or spectre EDA tool.
  4.Familiar with simulation analysis.
  5.Familiar to binning model and global model experience
