【About the Role】

【Key Responsibilities】
- Conduct applied research and surveys to discover and explore novel NLP methodologies.
- Perform comprehensive experiments, critically analyze results, and iteratively improve NLP models based on practical insights.
- Design, develop, and implement effective NLP solutions, encapsulating models into APIs for use in internal and external projects.
- Collaborate closely with business units and clients to ensure solutions precisely align with actual business needs and goals.
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models on various local and cloud-based platforms, considering diverse hardware environments.

【Projects You May Work On】
- Large Language Models (LLM)
# Fine-tune language models for different business domains utilizing Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PeFT) and Reinforcement Learning strategies to enhance performance and alignment with business objectives.

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
# Develop and enhance pipelines to ensure precise, contextually relevant information retrieval.
# Build embedding and reranker models to support robust retrieval and ranking processes.
