工作內容

工作職責
1. 以細胞為基礎對抗體結合力進行高通量篩選。
2. 開發能穩定表達目標蛋白的細胞株。
3. 設計並執行以細胞為基礎的抗體功能測試平台。
4. 進行細胞培養、流式細胞分析、免疫螢光染色、ELISA等細胞功能測試。
5. 分析實驗結果以及撰寫實驗報告。
6. 根據需要撰寫各種文件和報告，並制定標準操作程序（SOP）。
7. 搜尋相關的參考資料和研究。
8. 維護並管理實驗室設施、耗材和設備。

資格條件
1. 生物學或免疫學相關領域的碩士學位。
2. 具備生物學和免疫學的基本知識，以及對癌症和其他重要疾病之藥物開發有興趣者優先。
3. 具備流式細胞儀豐富經驗者優先考慮。
4. 具有細胞培養、ELISA 實驗或其他細胞功效性試驗的工作經驗。
5. 能夠與其他團隊緊密合作。
6. 歡迎畢業新鮮人。


Responsibilities
1. Conduct cell-based high-throughput screening of antibody binding.
2. Development of cell lines stably expressing target proteins.
3. Design and perform cell-based functional assay platforms.
4. Perform cell culture, flow analysis, immunofluorescence staining, ELISA and other cell-based functional assays.
5. Analyze experiment results and write reports.
6. Generate various documents and reports as required, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
7. Searching for related references and studies.
8. Maintain and organize laboratory facilities, consumables, and equipment.

Qualifications
1. M.S. degree in Biology or Immunology-related fields.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of biology and immunology, and an interest in cancer and drug development.
3. Priority consideration will be given to those with extensive experience in flow cytometry.
4. Working experience in cell culture, ELISA assay or other cell-based functional assays.
5. Able to work closely with other teams.
6. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
