1.Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the medical device development and to ensure the plan is in alignment with regional strategy.  
2.Responsibilities for resource , risk, and portfolio.  
3.Drives cross-functional and cross-geographical alignment to strategic plans and goals.  
4.Monitors and manages progress against the approved budget, ensuring FCST.
