工作內容

The responsibilities of this role include:
1. Research new materials and technologies for Li-ion batteries
2. Assess performance by developing appropriate evaluation methods
3. Coordinate pilot scale production to meet development schedule
4. Document and present research results as well as observe and evaluate scientific trends
5. Develop technical solutions using existing and new technologies, and innovative methods

  Other requirements
  1. Master degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering
  2. Experience in inorganic chemistry/polymer synthesis/functional design/metallurgy is a plus
  3. Experience in formulation development and DOE experience is a plus
  4. Able to work with minimum supervision and work in a team
  5. Be a proactive team player , show initiative and creativity
