工作內容

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute qualification strategy for ACST R&D, specifically on analytical methods through qualification and quantification approaches for ACST SVM samples.
•Identifies, assesses and develops solutions for analytical challenges by working with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Provide training to technicians and research assistants.
 
Qualifications:
•Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, and Engineering, or related fields.
•Excellent understanding of analytical equipment and data analysis (ICP-MS/IC-MS/GC/LC, etc.)
•Good knowledge in semiconductor.
•Good team work and proactive working attitude. 
•Demonstrates effective interpersonal and external communication skills.
•Excellent written and spoken English.
 
Preferred Attributes:
•Experience with semiconductor related application or industry.
•Experience of working in an industry environment. 
•Experience with Microsoft Office, JMP, Minitab and Six Sigma green belt. 
•Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel, maintaining focus on each and leveraging cross project learnings.
•Ability to work quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work well within a team and be comfortable working in a chemical lab. 
•Efficient communication to people who have very different work experience, academy background and culture.
