工作內容
●開發和執行有創意的市場行銷及促銷活動（含異業合作、聯名宣傳和新產品上市等），以優化海外國際門市銷售、通路和行銷機會。
●負責海外區域行銷業務，並和營運、產品、國貿供應鏈、設計團隊以及外部供應商等各部門緊密合作，以確保業務目標及品牌定位一致。
●為加盟主提供完善的客戶服務，包括協助國際門市擴張規劃（門店設計、開店流程等）及在地行銷推廣建議安排。
●追蹤並管理行銷與營運、國貿供應部門專案，定期和及時向主管回報問題及進度。
●密切追蹤競品狀態及產業趨勢，協助品牌在動態競爭市場保持領先地位。
●Develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns and promotions, including brand partnerships, collaborations, and product launches, to maximize international sales, distribution, and marketing opportunities.
●Overseeing international marketing initiatives and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales & operations, product development, trade, supply chain, and design, as well as external agencies, to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives and consistent brand positioning.
●Serve as a reliable point of contact for franchisees, offering extensive support for store expansions. This includes aid in store design, guidance through the store opening process, and continuous consultative assistance for local marketing initiatives.
●Coordinate follow-up tasks across marketing, operations, trade and supply chain departments, ensuring the timely and well-orchestrated submission of reports to the management team.
●Diligently monitor competitor performance and industry trends to stay ahead in the dynamic market landscape.

  ●Experience in FMCG, Food and Beverage brand marketing, or within a creative/digital agency is strongly preferred.
  ●In addition to being fluent in English, having proficiency in other foreign languages is also highly advantageous
  ●Good communication and interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on presentation and negotiation techniques.
  ●Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple account requests.
  ●Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data.
  ●Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  ●Team player with a positive attitude.
