工作內容
1. Construction Management
• Responsible for on-site management of land cable construction, including excavation, pipeline installation, cable laying, backfilling, and related operations.
• Coordinate the work of civil, electrical, mechanical, installation, and splicing contractors to ensure alignment with project schedules and construction plans.
• Manage construction resources and equipment scheduling to ensure safety and quality compliance.
2. Quality and Safety Management
• Ensure construction complies with national standards (CNS), international regulations (IEC 60502/60840), and technical requirements set by the client.
• Oversee construction safety management, ensuring adherence to ISO 45001 occupational safety standards to minimize risks.
• Participate in construction inspections, non-conformance rectifications (NCR), and quality document management.
3. On-Site Communication and Issue Resolution
• Facilitate communication and coordination among supervisors, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address on-site issues promptly to maintain the project schedule and quality.
• Attend site meetings to provide progress updates and report on project challenges.
4. Reporting and data compilation.
1.施工管理
• 負責陸纜施工現場管理，包括開挖、管道安裝、電纜敷設、回填等作業。
• 協調土木、電力、機電、鋪設、接續等承包商的作業，確保工程進度與施工計畫一致。
• 管控施工資源與設備調度，確保安全與品質符合規範。
2.品質與安全管理
• 確保施工符合國家標準（CNS）、國際規範（IEC 60502/60840）、業主技術要求。
• 負責施工安全管理，確保符合 ISO 45001 職安管理標準，降低施工風險。
• 參與施工查驗、缺失改善（NCR）、品質文件管理。
3. 現場溝通與問題處理
• 協調與監造、業主、承包商的溝通，確保專案執行順暢。
• 解決現場突發問題，確保工期進度與品質。
• 參與現場會議，提供工程進度與問題回報。

1.【必備】工地主任證照(技師公會核發）
2.【加分】職業安全衛生相關證照（甲、乙級）
• 專業能力：
1.具備電纜施工(土木+電力)的經驗，了解陸纜鋪設流程
2.熟悉 ISO 9001 品質管理、ISO 45001 安全管理標準、六標準差
3.具備 AutoCAD / GIS 基本能力可加分
• 其他條件：可適應工地環境、需具備一定抗壓性，願意配合施工時程調整作息
