工作內容

As the Occupational Nurse, you will develop into a business partner to help support the business groups’ EHS&S goals and the path to achieve it, while ensuring corporate goals and legal requirements are being met. You will be responsible for supporting the corporate and regional functions with a primary focus on the health of our KLA employees in Taiwan, mainly focusing on the southern region. This role will be a part of the APAC EHS team and interface regularly with counterparts in the other countries.  This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with an expanding EHS team. We are looking to bring in motivated and top technical talent to join us on this path!



The person in this role will of Occupational Health Nurse 健康管理師/護理師 will:
• Responsible for employee annual health inspection project, survey, report analysis, health surveillance, record-keeping as well as high-security level.
• Responsible for doctor/ nurse on-site service for all remote offices.
• Implement and ensure compliance with health/ wellness regulations and assist to develop policy, procedure and program to meet all government and CSR requirements.
• Bi-weekly report of compliance and program progress in internal meeting, and quarterly report in EHS committee.
• Weekly report of first aid and health consultant summary and analysis, and required actions providing.
• Plan and conduct the program for ergonomic hazard prevention, maternity protection, including hazard identification, risk assessment, action providing and performance monitoring.
• Promote employee’s healthy lifestyle and implement health/ wellness programs or activities. Regular and annual EHS/ wellness education and training.
• Assist to develop first aid and emergency response procedure and emergency card.
• Office injury prevention, first aid help, health consultation and general safety & health work.
• Other administrative work.
• Provide day to day support for our locations and customer accounts in Taiwan.
• Develop and implement health policies, programs, and training.
• Partner with and lead managers, supervisors, and team leaders in incident investigations, corrective action deployment, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Responsible for compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, customer EHS requirements and other health matters.
• Conduct periodic audits related to the health programs, compliance, and company policy/procedure conformance.
• Analyze performance metrics, self-assessments, and trends and respond in a proactive matter to prevent or minimize EHS incidents and monitor program / system status.
• Keep current on regulatory trends and provide updates to location management and corporate EHS as needed.
• Obtain and maintain appropriate credentials required to be successful in this position.

  •    Nurse license and first Aider license, AED handling skill, Bachelor's degree from nursing related department are required.
  •    2 years of health management work experience is preferred, the work experience in high-tech company is better.
  •    Good Knowledge of nursing techniques, occupational medicine and occupational safety
  •    Skillful in English written and oral capability, good in communication, corporation. High-level work ethics.
  •    Critical thinking, emotional stability and organizational skills are necessary to assess changes in employees' health, cope with stressful situations, and multitasking
  •    Excellence in Microsoft Office skills (ex: PowerPoint, Excel, Word…) and presentation skill.
