工作內容

丹麥全球知名啤酒品牌，現正招募 Supply Chain & Logistics Planner，負責需求預測、供應計畫及供應鏈管理，歡迎具 FMCG 或食品產業經驗的專業人才加入。

1. Planning and Forecasting - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop supply plans and forecasts to meet business objectives. 

規劃與預測（Planning and Forecasting）
與銷售及行銷團隊合作，制定供應計畫與需求預測，以達成公司業務目標。

2. Supplier Management - Coordinate transportation, shipping from overseas, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. 

供應商管理（Supplier Management）
協調海外運輸、出貨及配送相關活動，確保產品能準時交付給客戶。


3. Inventory Management - Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory. 

庫存管理（Inventory Management）
監控庫存水平，確保庫存量維持在最佳狀態，在滿足市場需求的同時減少過剩庫存。

4. New Product Development (NPD) Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with NPD timelines and requirements, ensuring successful introduction of new products into the market. 

新產品開發管理（NPD Management）
與跨部門團隊合作，使供應鏈流程與新產品開發時程及需求保持一致，確保新產品能順利上市。

5. Process Improvement - Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 

流程改善（Process Improvement）
識別供應鏈中的流程改善機會，以提升效率並降低成本。


6. Risk Management - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supply, production, or distribution disruptions. 

風險管理（Risk Management）
識別並降低供應鏈相關風險，例如供應、生產或配送中斷等問題。


7. Reporting - Analyse and prepare regular reports for management.

報告與分析（Reporting）
分析相關數據並定期為管理層準備報告。

【工作內容】

我們正在尋找具國際供應鏈與物流管理經驗的人才，負責全球供應鏈運營與物流規劃，確保產品從生產端到全球配送的高效運作。

因為 FMCG 的 supply chain 通常需要：

1.快節奏物流

2.大量訂單

3.通路配送

4.庫存管理

5.進出口協調

【主要職責】

3年以上 supply chain / logistics / import-export / operations 相關經驗

熟悉進出口文件、報關流程、國際物流作業者佳

有與報關行、forwarder、倉儲或供應商協作經驗者佳

對數字敏感，具基本費用核對與付款流程概念

細心負責，能同時處理多項任務並掌握時程

具備基本英文書信與文件閱讀能力

熟悉 Excel（如 VLOOKUP、樞紐、基本報表整理）者佳

加分條件

有 FMCG、食品飲料、酒類、零售或進口商相關經驗

熟悉 bonded warehouse、customs broker、duty/tax 相關流程

可短時間到職或能支援專案型工作

✔ 能跨部門協作英文具備商務溝通能力（可跨國協作）（Sales / Marketing）

✔ 熟悉需求預測與庫存管理流程
