｜工作內容 Responsibilities:

1. 負責集團層級的資金規劃、現金流預測、資金調度及跨境支付管理，確保各地區資金運作順暢並提升資金使用效率。
Lead group-level treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and cross-border payment management to ensure efficient capital utilization.

2. 管理多個法人（Entity）的財務營運，包括月結、財務報表、管理報表及集團財務整合，確保財務資訊正確且即時。
Oversee financial operations across multiple legal entities, including month-end closing, financial reporting, management reporting, and group financial consolidation.

3. 負責預算規劃、財務分析及營運分析，提供管理層財務洞察與決策建議。
Prepare budgets, financial analysis, and business performance reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

4. 統籌母公司及各國子公司的財務、稅務、薪資及公司治理相關合規事項，並與外部會計師及顧問合作，確保符合各地法規要求。
Coordinate financial, tax, payroll, and corporate compliance matters across parent and subsidiary entities, working closely with external accountants and advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.

5. 建立、優化並持續改善財務流程、內部控制制度及各項核准流程，提升營運效率並降低營運風險。
Establish, optimize, and continuously improve financial processes, internal controls, approval workflows, and risk management practices.

6. 主導年度審計、稅務規劃及各項稅務申報作業，並協調內外部相關單位完成審計及合規事項。
Lead annual audits, tax planning, and tax filings while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

7. 管理銀行、支付平台及其他金融服務機構（如 Airwallex）的合作關係，並負責付款流程及日常銀行往來。
Manage relationships with banks, payment platforms, and financial service providers (e.g. Airwallex), overseeing payment operations and treasury activities.

8. 主導或參與 ERP、財務系統導入、流程自動化及數位轉型專案，持續提升財務營運效率。
Lead or support ERP implementation, finance system integration, automation initiatives, and finance digital transformation projects.

9. 與 People、Operations、Product、Business Development 等跨部門團隊密切合作，提供財務專業支持，協助業務發展及經營決策。
Partner closely with People, Operations, Product, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

10. 支援集團及區域性專案，並完成主管交辦之其他財務相關事項。
Support group-level and regional projects, and perform other finance-related assignments as required.

｜任職要求 About You

1. 具會計、財務或相關科系學士以上學歷。
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. 持有會計師或相關專業資格（如 CPA、ACCA 或同等資格）者佳。
Qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.

3. 具備 7 年以上財務相關工作經驗，其中至少 2 年管理職經驗。
Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

4. 具備跨境財務及稅務管理經驗者佳。
Experience in cross-border finance and tax management is preferred.

5. 具備良好的商業敏銳度、財務分析及數據分析能力。
Strong business acumen with excellent financial and analytical skills.

6. 細心負責，具備獨立作業及解決問題的能力。
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently while solving problems effectively.

7. 具備優秀的跨部門溝通與協調能力，能與不同層級的利害關係人有效合作。
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.

8. 具電商、跨境電商或新創公司工作經驗者佳。
Experience in e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, or startup environments is a plus.

9. 能適應快速變化且高度成長的工作環境。
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

10. 具備良好的中英文溝通能力（口說及書寫）。
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
