1. Develop and maintain bit-true hardware models in Python/C/C++
2. Model and analyze NPU architecture, including compute precision, dataflow, and memory behavior, to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
3. Develop testbenches, test vectors, and validation frameworks with large-scale random testing and corner-case testing
