BE Accelerator is a startup accelerator and venture builder that focuses exclusively on Healthtech and Medtech. Based in Taipei, Taiwan we leverage the unique strengths of our ecosystem to position the accelerator as the gateway to Asia for both local and international startups.

We are looking for program managers to lead several of our acceleration programs. As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the execution of BE Accelerator program for MedTech and HealthTech companies. You’ll work with some of the world’s leading venture-backed innovative technologies to support their entry into Asian market. For each program, you’ll put together six months of intensive programming focused on connecting 10-20 high growth companies with healthcare and relevant industry.

Responsibilities

- Plan, oversee, and manage the development and execution of BE Accelerator program to include a high volume of events for each program, 10+ curriculum sessions, and hundreds of meetings across mentors, hospitals, and industry.
- Design processes, playbooks, and policies to standardize and scale BE Accelerator program
- Provide logistical and operational support and oversight to Program Analyst and interns
- Continually revise and maintain a flexible curriculum that is aligned with current best practices 
- Design and administer surveys and other assessment tools to capture and analyze data for program planning, decision-making, and reporting  
- Partner with government agencies, industry experts, and outside vendors to improve the quality, scope, and delivery of programs 
- Grow and maintain the BE community. Represent BE to government and industry partners
- Work with BE leadership team to identify ways to incorporate the Accelerator program into other business lines
