工作內容

Tokuyama Taiwan is seeking a highly skilled and innovative (Senior) Project Manager to lead marketing, project management and development for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes. Leveraging deep expertise in chemistry and materials science, you will drive development projects from concept through feasibility, addressing complex technical challenges related to etching, cleaning, surface preparation, or other wet processing steps. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, project leadership, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver cutting-edge chemical solutions.

《Role and duties》
1. Project planning and management: Developing project plans, setting timelines, identifying resources, and monitoring progress.
2. Team leadership: Leading and motivating projects teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Mentor or coach junior lab members.
3. Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to chemical performance, purity, contamination control, material interactions, mechanisms of actions, and integration into semiconductor process flows. Conduct root cause analysis and propose innovative solutions.
4. Technology Advancement: Stay current with the latest advancements (literature and patent survey) in semiconductor processing, materials science, analytical techniques, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and propose novel research directions.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with customers to ensure alignment and successful project execution. 
6. Intellectual Property: Contribute to the generation of intellectual property through invention disclosures and patent filings.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, research summaries, and presentations. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and potentially external customers or partners.
8. Safety Leadership: Champion and adhere to the highest standards of laboratory safety and chemical hygiene.
9. Local traveling might be required (<10%).
