We are seeking an expert with experience in patent and intellectual property (IP) strategy to assist our medical technology startup partners in gaining a competitive edge in technology development, regulatory compliance, patent applications, and market positioning. You will play a crucial role in the early stages of startup technology strategy, ensuring that their innovative technologies are well-protected through robust IP strategies, ultimately enhancing their investment value.

Responsibilities
- Assist startups in developing patent and intellectual property (IP) strategies to ensure comprehensive protection of their innovations.
- Analyze competitors' patent landscapes and provide strategic insights on technology and market positioning.
- Guide startup teams through patent searches, applications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with law firms and patent agencies to ensure a smooth patent application process.
- Conduct IP due diligence for investment and technology transfer cases.
Research global patent trends in the medical technology sector and provide strategic insights.

工作內容
- 協助新創公司制定專利與智慧財產權(IP)策略，確保技術創新得到充分保護
- 分析競爭對手的專利佈局，提供技術與市場策略建議
- 指導新創團隊進行專利檢索、專利申請與技術文件撰寫
- 與律師、專利事務所合作，確保申請流程順利進行
- 針對投資或技術轉讓案進行專利盡職調查（IP Due Diligence）
- 研究全球醫療科技領域的專利趨勢，提供策略洞察
