工作內容
國立陽明交通大學建築研究所誠徵專任教師一名。本所重視設計、研究與實務之整合 並積極探索數位科技與新興工具對建築教育及設計實踐所帶來的可能性。我們期待具備 獨立研究與創作能力,並能將學術思考、設計實務與科技應用相互連結之學者或設計專 業人才加入,共同推動具前瞻性與跨領域特色的建築教育。
一、徵聘職級/名額
專任教師一名,職級為助理教授(含)以上,實際聘任職級依申請者學經歷及本校相關 規定核定。
二、資格與專長
a. 申請者應符合下列資格之一:
取得教育部認可之國內、外大學博士學位;或取得教育部認可之國內、外大學碩士學位,具四年以上相關專業實務經驗、成績優良,並具有專門著作或具體專業成果者。
b. 申請者應具備建築或相關設計領域之專業基礎,以及持續發展研究、創作或專業實務成果之能力。
c. 專長可涵蓋下列一項或多項領域: 建築與都市設計、建築實務、建築史論、設計研究、跨領域設計研究、數位設計與製造、設計運算 、人工智慧、新興科技及其於建築設計、研究與教育之應用。
三、 起聘日:擬自 116 年 8 月 1 日起(依實際完成聘任程序訂定)。
四、申請期限:請於 115 年 12 月 31 日前完成寄送申請資料(申請期限得依實際收件情形調整)。

The Graduate Institute of Architecture at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) invites applications for one full-time faculty position. The Institute emphasizes the integration of design, research, and professional practice, and actively explores the possibilities that digital technologies and emerging tools may bring to architectural education and design practice.
We seek scholars or design professionals with the capacity for independent research and creative work, and with the ability to connect academic inquiry, design practice, and technological applications. We welcome candidates who can contribute to the development of a forward-looking, interdisciplinary approach to architectural education.
I. Position and Rank
One full-time faculty position is available at the rank of Assistant Professor or above. The final appointment rank will be determined based on the applicant’s academic and professional qualifications and in accordance with the relevant regulations of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
II. Qualifications and Areas of Expertise
a. Eligibility
Applicants must meet at least one of the following qualifications:
• Hold a doctoral degree from a domestic or international university recognized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education; or
• Hold a master’s degree from a domestic or international university recognized by
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, with at least four years of relevant professional experience, a strong professional record, and significant scholarly publications or demonstrated professional accomplishments.
b. Professional Background
Applicants should possess a strong professional foundation in architecture or related design fields, as well as the demonstrated ability to continuously develop achievements in research, creative practice, and/or professional practice.
c. Areas of Expertise
Applicants may specialize in one or more of the following areas:
• Architecture and urban design
• Architectural practice
• Architectural history and theory
• Design research
• Interdisciplinary design research
• Digital design and fabrication
• Design computation
• Artificial intelligence
• Emerging technologies and their applications in architectural design, research, andeducation
III. Expected Start Date
The anticipated starting date is August 1, 2027, subject to the completion of the appointment process and final approval by the University.
IV. Application Deadline
Application materials should be submitted by December 31, 2026.The application deadline may be adjusted depending on the actual receipt of applicationmaterials.

a. Curriculum Vitae
Including a list of publications and/or creative works, as well as the names and contact information of two referees. Letters of recommendation will only be requested from candidates who pass the second stage of the review process.
b. Copies of Academic and Professional Credentials
Copies of relevant diplomas, degrees, and documentation of academic and professional experience.
c. Representative Works and Portfolio
A portfolio presenting representative architectural, design, research, and/or creative works.
d. Supporting Materials
Documentation of awards, exhibitions, publications, presentations, or other materials that may
assist in evaluating the applicant’s qualifications.
e. Teaching and Research Statement
A statement outlining proposed courses, teaching approaches and methodologies, as well as
future research directions and areas of development.

Candidates who pass the initial document review will be notified separately regarding the
second-stage evaluation, which may include an interview, public lecture, design review/critique,
or other forms of assessment.
Candidates who pass the second-stage review will be asked to submit five hard copies of the
required appointment documents.
