主要職責：
為國內外建築房地產項目製作高品質3D效果圖及動畫
工作要求：
熱愛建築表現、培養美學，和熱衷於學習新技術
精通3ds max, Vray / Corona / D5作景觀、建築和室內的高端效果圖表現技術，掌握動畫渲染和剪接能力尤佳。
基本Sketchup 和Rhino軟體操作
有較強的matte painting 數位繪景的Photoshop技能為佳
有較強的場景設計能力和建模修改能力
具有良好團隊合作精神，較強的溝通和協調能力
基本閲讀英文建築設計圖紙，基本英語閱讀能力為佳
曾於建築、設計、場景藝術相關公司工作者優先考慮
上班地點: 台北(中山區)
薪金： 50,000以上 (視乎能力和經驗)

Pixoul is looking for a 3D Artist / Arch-viz Artist to join the arch-viz team at its Taiwan office, focused on creating stunning visuals for architects, developers and property marketing around the world.
Responsibilities
Produce artistic and photorealistic exterior and interior renderings for both design communications and marketing purposes.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, a keen eye for design, detail and composition with a creative mind.
Work autonomously and as a part of the collaborative creative team
Assist in and contribute to developing efficient workflow and library maintenance
Qualities and skills required
Advance proficiency in 3Ds Max, D5 / Vray or Corona and Adobe Photoshop
Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino or other 3D programs is a plus
Knowledge of UE4, Unity or other real-time rendering engines is a plus
Good knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing and lighting.
Advanced matte painting skills is a plus
A good understanding of scale and composition
A good portfolio to be presented at interview, ideally with breakdowns of process
A passion to learn new skills and share with the team
Self-motivated, willing to take responsibility and work as a collaborative team
Being professional in managing sensitive and confidential information
Good time-management and able to work well under pressure
Legally able to work in Taiwan
Contract: Full-time or freelance are welcomed
