【職位定位】
成為AI Server 產品順利量產與交付的關鍵角色，從物料控管出發，結合數據分析與跨部門協作，確保高價值關鍵零組件即時到位。您將從執行型物控，逐步成長為以數據驅動供應穩定性與庫存效率的專業人才，成長為用數據影響決策的關鍵人才。在快速成長的 AI 產業中累積具未來性的供應鏈核心能力。

【工作內容】
1. AI Server 物料專案管理
• 負責 AI Server 專案之整體物料規劃與控管，涵蓋關鍵零組件(如 GPU、CPU、Memory、Power等)。
• 與專案、研發與製造單位協同制定物料時程，確保專案依計畫量產與交付。

2. 物料需求規劃與供需協調(MRP / Allocation)
• 根據專案需求、Forecast 與生產計畫進行物料需求分析與滾動調整。
• 協調採購及供應鏈資源，處理缺料、交期衝突與優先順序配置。

3. 物料數據分析與風險預警
• 分析物料庫存水位、週轉率、交期與需求變化，即時發掘潛在供料風險。
• 建立物料專案追蹤報表，提供管理層決策依據。

4. 跨部門專案溝通與協調
• 作為物料專案窗口，與研發、製造、採購、品質及供應商密切合作。
• 參與專案會議，針對物料可行性、替代料、轉版(ECO)影響進行評估。

5. 流程優化與系統化管理
• 優化物控流程與數據管理機制，提升專案物料透明度與準確性。
• 協助導入或優化 ERP / MRP / 物料追蹤系統，提升整體營運效率。

【Responsibilities】
• Manage end-to-end material planning and control for AI Server projects, including key components such as GPU, CPU, memory, and power.
• Coordinate with Project, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to align material schedules and support on-time production and delivery.
• Perform MRP based on project demand, forecasts, and production plans, and manage supply allocation and constraints.
• Analyze material data (inventory, turnover, lead time, demand changes) to identify and mitigate supply risks.
• Act as the material focal point in cross-functional coordination, evaluating material feasibility, alternates, and ECO impacts.
• Drive material control process optimization and support ERP/MRP system enhancements to improve visibility and efficiency.

This position is an expansion headcount to support business growth and requires flexibility for overseas travel (U.S. (San Jose or Houston) / Mexico).
