工作內容

Founded in June 2014, TriAnchor Capital Group ("TCG") is a Cayman domiciled private equity with offices in Taiwan and US (to be set up). We primarily invest in the well-being of life.  We invest globally and focus on those opportunities which may accelerate the paradigm shift in the selected companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Conduct in-depth industry analysis, with focus on the dental industry and related technology advancements (e.g. AI, 3D printing)
2.Pre-investment assessment and due diligence
3.Prepare/review financial forecasts and target valuation
4.Monitor and analyze periodical financial performance of portfolio companies
5.Attend board/shareholders meetings of the portfolio companies
6.Actively engage in portfolio companies’ daily operations and management, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance
7.Drive key initiatives and projects assigned by the board to enhance value creation within portfolio companies
