工作內容

[Minimum Qualifications]

－Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Resources, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

－2+ years of experience in industrial water treatment, environmental engineering, or related industries.

－Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development.

－Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities.

－Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate, and review technical documents in both languages.

－Experience collaborating with international business or engineering teams.



[Preferred Qualifications]

－Familiarity with industrial water treatment technologies — RO, UF/NF, pretreatment systems, water reuse, ZLD — or experience managing EPC project processes.

－Experience in water treatment projects for semiconductor, electronics, chemical, or manufacturing industries.

－Experience with public-sector projects, infrastructure bidding, or large-scale industrial tenders.

－Cross-cultural communication skills; able to work effectively with Israeli engineering teams, Taiwan-based partners, and local government agencies.

－Genuine interest in water resources, desalination, and sustainable infrastructure.



[Responsibilities]

－Serve as the primary liaison between the company and domestic/international water treatment technology partners, managing both commercial and technical communication.

－Lead business development and project promotion across industrial and commercial water treatment segments, including process water, wastewater treatment, and water reuse systems.

－Conduct client needs assessments and feasibility discussions; collaborate with engineering teams to develop and propose integrated water treatment solutions.

－Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients across electronics, semiconductor, chemical, food & beverage, and manufacturing sectors.

－Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender documents; support project budgeting and scheduling.

－Coordinate cross-functional internal resources — engineering, procurement, finance, and legal — to ensure smooth and on-time project execution.

－Plan and participate in domestic and international meetings, technical exchanges, site surveys, and client visits.

－Monitor contract execution, track project deliverables, and ensure customer requirements are met to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
