工作內容

1. Support advanced packaging projects through material analysis, application testing, and technical evaluation. 
2. Establish and optimize application-based test methods to better reflect customer process and application conditions. 
3. Partner with customers to define CTQs, qualification plans, and material performance targets. 
4. Work cross-functionally with R&D, AE, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate material development and issue resolution. 
5. Proactively learn market trends and emerging application needs in advanced packaging to support future business growth.
