工作內容

職務概要有三大方向：

方向 A：品質工程 / Quality Engineering

1. 產品品質： 監控出貨品質指標（DPPM、OBA、AQL），主導客戶品質問題處理，完成失效分析報告與 8D／CAR 回覆；管理產品驗證與可靠性資料。
2. 供應商品質： 管理晶圓廠與封測協力廠（Foundry／OSAT）的品質表現，執行供應商稽核與績效評比；追蹤並核准供應商製程變更（PCN／ECN），確保不影響產品品質與客戶認證。
3. 法規符合性： 維護品質管理系統（ISO 9001／IATF 16949）文件與內部稽核；負責 RoHS、REACH、衝突礦產、IMDS 等物質法規聲明與客戶問卷回覆。

方向 B：供應鏈管理 / Supply Chain Management

4. 負責訂單管理、交期承諾（delivery commitment）與出貨排程，維護客戶與代理商的需求預測（forecast）。 
5. 管理晶圓庫存（wafer bank）與成品庫存水位，協同封測協力廠安排投片、封裝與測試產能。 
6. 追蹤採購訂單與協力廠交期，處理缺料、拉貨（pull-in）與供需不平衡（allocation）狀況。 
7. 監控庫存週轉與呆滯料，支援 EOL／LTB（Last Time Buy）產品的需求收集與最後採購規劃。 
8. 維護 ERP／MRP 系統資料，產出庫存、交期、在製與出貨報表；與美國總部營運團隊協作全球庫存調度與物流。

方向 C：技術文件與法規支援 / Technical Documentation & Compliance Support

 9. 撰寫與維護產品 datasheet、應用筆記（application note）、產品變更通知（PCN）與品質文件。 
10. 校對技術規格的一致性與正確性，比對原廠規格與本公司料號參數；維護文件版本控管與發行流程。 
11. 製作客戶用比對表（cross reference table）、選型指南與技術簡報素材，並支援工程與品質團隊的資料彙整。

Track A: Quality Engineering

1. Product Quality: Monitor outgoing quality metrics (DPPM, OBA, AQL); lead customer quality issue resolution with failure analysis reports and 8D / CAR responses; manage qualification and reliability data.
2. Supplier Quality: Manage quality performance of foundry and OSAT partners; conduct supplier audits and scorecard reviews; review and approve supplier process changes (PCN / ECN) with no impact to product quality or customer qualifications.
3. Quality Compliance: Maintain the quality management system (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) documentation and internal audits; own RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals and IMDS declarations and customer questionnaires.

Track B: Supply Chain Management

4. Own order management, delivery commitment and shipment scheduling; maintain customer and distributor demand forecasts. 
5. Manage wafer bank and finished-goods inventory; coordinate wafer starts, assembly and test capacity with subcontract partners. 
6. Track purchase orders and supplier lead times; manage shortages, pull-ins and allocation situations. 
7. Monitor inventory turns and excess/obsolete stock; support EOL / LTB demand collection and final procurement planning. 
8. Maintain ERP / MRP data and produce inventory, lead time, WIP and shipment reporting; partner with U.S. HQ operations on global inventory deployment and logistics.

Track C: Technical Documentation & Compliance Support
9. Author and maintain product datasheets, application notes, product change notices (PCN) and quality documents. 
10. Proofread technical specifications for consistency and accuracy; cross-check original-manufacturer specs against Alliance Memory part parameters; manage document version control and release flow. 
11. Produce customer-facing cross-reference tables, selection guides and presentation material; support engineering and quality teams with data consolidation.


必要條件 / Requirements

1. 電子、電機、材料、化工、工業工程、商管、供應鏈或相關科系專科／學士以上
2. 2 年以上下列任一領域經驗：半導體品質工程、可靠性、供應商品質、供應鏈、生管、資材、訂單管理或採購
3. 具備英文書信溝通能力（需每日與美國總部往來、閱讀英文報表、跨時差開會）
4. 熟悉 Excel（樞紐分析、函數），具數據整理與報表能力
5. 方向 A 需：熟悉品質工具（8D、5Why、FMEA、SPC、MSA、魚骨圖）
6. 方向 B 需：熟悉 ERP／MRP 系統操作
7. 方向 C 需：中英文書寫能力佳，能閱讀並理解英文技術規格與 datasheet


1. Associate degree or above in EE, Materials, Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field
2. 2+ years in any of: semiconductor quality engineering, reliability, supplier quality, supply chain, production planning, materials, order management or purchasing
3. Written English proficiency (daily interaction with U.S. HQ, English reporting, cross-timezone meetings)
4. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) with data consolidation and reporting capability
5. Track A also requires: quality tools — 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, fishbone analysis
6. Track B also requires: hands-on ERP / MRP experience
7. Track C also requires: strong written Chinese and English; able to read English technical specifications and datasheets
