\ 供應鏈主管在 AI Server 產業中不僅是供應鏈運作的管理者，更是專案推動與組織領導的核心角色 /

透過專案管理與跨部門協作，確保供應鏈策略與企業目標一致，並持續提升組織效能，確保全球供應鏈穩定、成本效率與交付準時。此職位同時也是組織管理與跨部門協作的關鍵領導者。

【工作內容 Responsibilities】
• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management.
• Drive project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency across global supply chains.
• Establish and optimize supply chain processes, policies, and KPIs to strengthen operational resilience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals and customer requirements.
• Manage organizational resources, develop talent, and build a high‑performance supply chain team.
