工作內容

Smart Cockpit System Architecture & Technical Solution

1. 參與智能座艙產品之技術方案規劃、系統架構設計與技術管理，涵蓋 IVI、Cluster、Cockpit Domain Controller、Connectivity、Audio、Navigation 等功能整合。
Participate in technical solution planning, system architecture design, and technical management for smart cockpit products, covering IVI, Cluster, Cockpit Domain Controller, Connectivity, Audio, Navigation, and related system integration.

2. 負責智能座艙產品技術路線與平台規劃，依據客戶需求、產品定位、成本及量產條件，進行 SoC、OS、硬體架構、軟體平台及關鍵零組件之技術評估與選型。
Responsible for smart cockpit technology roadmap and platform planning, including technical evaluation and selection of SoC, operating system, hardware architecture, software platform, and key components based on customer requirements, product positioning, cost, and mass-production considerations.

3. 主導新專案 RFQ / 報價階段之技術提案與系統方案規劃，擔任跨部門技術統籌窗口，整合 Hardware、Software、System、Validation、Supplier 等團隊完成整體技術方案。
Lead technical proposals and system solution planning during RFQ and quotation phases, serving as the cross-functional technical coordinator to integrate Hardware, Software, System, Validation, and Supplier teams.

4. 具備豐富智能座艙產品開發、系統設計、客戶需求分析及量產導入經驗，能從產品定義、系統需求、架構設計一路推進至驗證及量產。
Extensive experience in smart cockpit product development, system design, customer requirement analysis, and mass-production deployment, covering the full development cycle from product definition and system requirements to architecture design, validation, and production.

5. 熟悉汽車電子產品開發生命週期與流程，包括 Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE)、V-Cycle、APQP、DFMEA 等開發與品質管理流程。
Familiar with automotive product development lifecycle and processes, including Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE), V-Cycle, APQP, and DFMEA.

6. 熟悉車用功能安全與資安相關標準，包括 ISO 26262 Functional Safety 與 ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity，具相關專案導入及跨團隊協作經驗。
Familiar with automotive functional safety and cybersecurity standards, including ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity, with practical experience in project implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

7. 具備良好跨國客戶與團隊溝通能力，可使用英文進行技術討論、客戶會議、需求澄清、技術提案及問題追蹤。
Strong communication skills with international customers and cross-regional teams, capable of conducting technical discussions, customer meetings, requirement clarification, technical proposals, and issue tracking in English.
