工作內容

Lin BioScience, Inc. is seeking an outstanding research associate to join our R&D team. The full-time position will focus on the research and development of drug formulations and analytical methods.. Under the supervision of Research Scientist, the research associate will be responsible for using a variety of biological and chemical analytical techniques to test compounds. This candidate is required to summarize scientific data for our scientists’ review, and be able to draft scientific reports to interpret his/her data. This position will be based in our lab located in NanKang Software Park, Taipei. 

Required qualifications: 
 MS in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical related discipline
 Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industries is preferred
 Experienced in HPLC instrument is highly desired and skills in other analytical methods is plus (ex. NMR, CD, LC-MS) 
 Experienced in development of drug formulation in small molecule drug is highly desired   
 High level of experience with chemistry and molecular biology-based assays
 Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented 
 Flexible team player excited to collaborate with internal and external partners 
 Attention to detail and careful record-keeping 
 Demonstrated excellence in planning, executing and analyzing experiments, able to write technical reports and protocols 
 Ability to troubleshoot and develop experimental improvements
