工作內容

1. Conduct research in replacing, engineering, or regenerating human or animal cells, tissues, or organs to restore or establish normal function. 
2. Supervise research and development projects, and coordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines.
3. Facilitate cross-functional communication and develop collaborative projects with domestic and overseas industrial  partners.
4. Enhance clinical application of research and development projects for regeneration medicine by promoting collaborative  projects with medical centers.

  1.Hold a Ph.D. or a master's degree in biochemical/biomedical  engineering or a related discipline.  
  2.With 8+ years of R&D or 3+ years of managerial experience in biomedical technology.
  3.Research experience in cellular production, cell culture medium, intelligent tissue repair, or biomaterial technology.
  4.Excellent communication skills in English, writing, and oral presentations.
