友達光電在雙軸轉型的策略目標下，多元場域、跨國界軟硬整合需求日漸增長。
除了專門負責轉型事業軟硬整合的軟體解決方案團隊外，內部在雲端架構、資訊安全(紅/藍)以及資安的內部治理上，亦因場域多元化而日趨複雜。

因此，我們正在找尋對於資安治理有熱誠，並針對資安治理在不同場域的domain know-how有興趣的夥伴，一同加入我們資安治理團隊的行列！

【工作內容/你在這裡會做的事！】
1. Lead the information security operation team to ensure the security of company's digital environment
2. Develop and implement security controls based on security policies
3. Head security incident management and response processes, conduct security investigations, and resolve issues
4. Monitor, identify, and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities
5. Integrate and manage security tools and technologies to ensure continuous security performance
6. Maintain best practices for security operations and continuously improve security measures and controls
7. Lead the development and maintenance of automation tools or platform to enhance daily operational efficiency


【工作條件/我們在找這樣的你！】
- At least 5 years of experience in security operations or related security fields
- Familiar with security operation practices, vulnerabilities management, and incident response
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and threat analysis
- Expertise in developing and managing security controls and solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of common security frameworks (such as NIST, ISO 27001)

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in system development is an advantage
- Possession of security certification, such as CISSP or CEH, is a plus
