1. Build in-house data warehouse to facilitate data collecting and analyzing.
2. Implement quantitative strategies/algorithms in live environment.
3. Develop and maintain in-house systems/tools to assist trading, risk management and strategy ideation.

  Education requirement:
  Master or PHD in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Financial Engineering or other relevant field.
  
  Programming skills/IT requirement:
  C/C++/JAVA
  SQL  and no-SQL database
