工作內容

*For WiFi/BT/FPGA Technical Manager 
1.In-depth research/knowledge on WiFi/BT/FPGA foundry market and supply chain, to identify market trends and process technology requirements, to forecast foundry wafer demand for the next 5 years
2.Work with TD and IP teams to develop/validate Logic process/device/IP technical spec and roadmap
3.Work w Sales/FAE teams to identify potential growth opportunities, generate leads for business development. Validate/align process/IP spec and roadmap with market/customer requirements. Participate promotion trips/events/collaterals
4.Develop/maintain Market Requirement Document, plan/track/enhance WiFi/BT/FPGA solutions and projects, to meet target profile for the next 3-5 years horizon

*For RFFE Technical Manager 
1.In-depth research/knowledge on RFFE(RF-Front-End) foundry market and supply chain, to identify market trends and process technology requirements, to forecast foundry wafer demand for the next 5 years
2.Work with TD and IP teams to develop/validate RFSOI/RFCMOS process/device/IP technical spec and roadmap
3.Work w Sales/FAE teams to identify potential growth opportunities, generate leads for business development. Validate/align process/IP spec and roadmap with market/customer requirements. Participate promotion trips/events/collaterals
4.Develop/maintain Market Requirement Document, plan/track/enhance RFFE solutions and projects, to meet target profile for the next 3-5 years horizon

  Must-be:
  •電機電子工程、半導體物理相關, 其他各類工程相關, 市場行銷相關, 物理、化學、數理統計相關科系畢業
  •5+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry, preferred areas in marketing/sales, semiconductor process and/or IC product development
  •Strong growth mind-set, self-motivated & self-learning attitude
  Fluent in English & Chinese (TOEIC X3 minimum, X4+ preferred); good presentation skills a plus
