工作內容

Looking for a Thermal Product Manager for advanced cooling solution to oversee schedule, cooling material readiness, supplier management and roadshow/exhibition planning/preparation

1. Product Development: Collaborate with functional teams, customers and vendors to ensure optimal design, timely scheduling, and high-quality output.
2. Schedule Management: Track technology and product development schedule to ensure timely completion.
3. Cost Management and Material Readiness: Work with procurement to optimize cost and ensure timely availability of materials.
4. Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
5. Roadshow/Exhibition Planning/Preparation: Plan and execute exhibition preparation, logistics, and materials.
6. Documentation: Prepare technology introduction, specification, technical paper, and cost table.
7. Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams.

  1. Master degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
  2. 0-5 years in project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  3. Proficiency in project management tools, vendor management, excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in English, especially in speaking. TOEIC 650+ is preferred.
