1. Experience in 28nm/16nm/12nm/6nm process node
2. Familiar with ASIC implementation/sign-off flow, including synthesis, testing, ATPG, power analysis and STA
3. Familiar with EDA Tool, Synopsys DC/PrimeTime/DFT Compiler/Tweaker, Cadence Xcelium/Genus/Conformal and Mentor Tessent
4. Experience in SoC integration, including FrontEnd or BackEnd design flow
5. Tcl/Perl/Python/Shell script skills
6. Good communication skill
