工作內容

1. Lead the Engineering team to integrate hardware, firmware, software, and process technologies to further formulate and enhance the foundation of company business unit. 
2. Continue to develop in-situ clean technology for MOCVD reactor.
3. Continue to develop full automation as a required element for company future product.
4. Continue to support new technology and new tool development for high efficiency solar cells and GaN related high power/high speed electronics.
5. Market penetration through not only technical collaborations but also through new technology trend in need of new MOCVD product technology.

  1. 10+ Years of experiences in semiconductor equipment level and reactor level mechanical and function design, MOCVD reactor specialized experiences are preferred.
  2. CAD design capability as well as Thermomechanical Stress simulation, Fluid Mechanics/flow simulation, Heat Transfer simulation experiences are considered additional preferred conditions.
