工作內容

Responsibilities:
• Works closely with French Operations teams, to identifies needs and relays them to partners  
• Relays and follows the demands from HQ Operation teams to the Asian partners, 
• Ensures the reporting (back & forth) between HQ Operation and Asian partners, 
• Challenges and Drives Aledia’s partners, suppliers and subcontractors in Asia, and ensure a close follow-up regarding their tasks and missions, 
• Supports sourcing and management of Asian subcon partners, 
• Develops Aledia’s network (potential partners, new technology providers, strategic subcontractors, etc.),  
• Provides support to Aledia’s Customers for the whole back-end field (LED sampling, assembly on boards, board testing and light-up), 
• Can do a first level of trouble shooting diagnostic in electronics and CMOS driving. 
• Supports staffing and onboarding of new resources for Asian needs


Qualifications:
• More than 15 years’ experience in LED & Semicon Backend. 
• Excellent or at least good knowledge of most of the back end processes:  Probing-Testing,  Bumping,  Grinding & Dicing,  AOI,  Sorting,  Assembly on board & Encapsulation,  Board testing & Electronics,  CMOS driving,  Failure analysis
• Master’s degree or PhD 
• Language: Native Chinese speakers, English fluent in writing and speaking,  French language is a plus


Skills
• Clear in oral and written communication (English fluent mandatory, Chinese fluent mandatory), 
• Flexible mindset, easy to approach, 
• « Can do » mentality, 
• Deep understanding of Asian culture in general and especially Taiwanese and Chinese ones.


Work Environment:
• Includes cross-functional technical and project management of Asian partners, 
• Works closely with Aledia French teams (Operations, Marketing and Sales, R&D groups, project managers…), 
• Operates in Taiwan, but business travels to suppliers in the whole Asia, 
• Some trips to Aledia FranceCross-cultural team environment
• Mix of remote, office, fab, and customer sites
