Category Management
-Scheme Communication, including within/outside D&A
-Payout management (Budget monitoring vs spending)
-Scheme/Payout alignment with Finance / Communication Teams
-Price stabilization: Monitor and manage market price
-Cooperate with CM to develop the product listing plan, drive execution, and reach the annual performance targets, along with increasing market share.
-Integrate product marketing and trade marketing annual plan (NPL, Promotion, Channel Events, Trade Show, and Visual Merchandising)
-Promotion management including calendar and balance across channels
-Sales team A&P: Budget management and corner approval SOP
-PMR management, including channel mix/ product mix
Sales Excellence
-Sales MIS (Thru put): Track and manage primary (sell-in), secondary (sell-out), Trade stock management, and other sales-driving metrics (e.g., billing points).
-Wholesales management
-Coordination and Accuracy analysis: Demand planning and Channel stock
-Distribution strategy execution
-Channel focus: Inventory allocation across all channels
-Model and price to maximize the market.
-Channel expansion including GFK dealer
Retail Management
-BTL execution/management
-Shop display share/counter share (KA channel)
