1.運動休閒服飾、配件設計打樣
2.運動成衣設計開發，並能獨立作業與提案
3.依公司品牌風格與需求分析整合流行趨勢，設計適合客戶路線與價格需求之款式
4.能夠對品牌定位並進行市場區隔，針對目標客層開發商品
5.研究全球市場與流行趨勢
●Provide sportswear design ideas based on seasonal assignments with regard to processing, style, function, market requirements and design details. Coordinates with production Dep/sourcing Dep to assure most effective results.
●Provide line art and sketches to communicate design concepts, including multiple views and detail sketches as necessary.  Provides design/concept boards to communicate design and color direction.
●Interacts closely with Buying and Marketing to understand product/consumer needs.
●Study worldwide market place and needs. Includes researching fabric, color, fashion, and design concepts.  May attend selected fashion events or trade shows for market research to understand consumer/product requirements.  Business trips for market/ material research.

  1. 服裝設計、纖維、織物相關科系佳
  Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in apparel design, fabric arts, or related field.
  2. 熟設計及繪圖軟體Illustrator/Photoshop/CAD/CAM/Adobe任一種以上
  3. 本身為熱愛運動者、色彩敏感度高者尤佳
  4. 懂成衣打版、車縫者尤佳
  5. 三年以上獨立設計之經驗者佳
  6. 熟悉運動功能布料、喜愛功能性、戶外運動服裝，對色彩和流行款式有高敏感度
  7. 履歷需提供相關作品，面試時請攜帶完整作品集 
  ●Minimum 3 years garment design/development experience in the apparel industry. 
  ●Experience with sportswear industry and apparel category is required.
  ●Skills with computer design software as well as the ability to perform free hand drawings.
  ●Have passion for the outdoor activities.
  ●Possess strong and thorough knowledge of apparel design, development, and production techniques
  ●Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.  Have strong sense of color.
