• Monitor footwear material from suppliers meeting our need and requirement of Wilson Amer Sports. • Provide seasonal data and vendor information to support the manager’s planning with business strategy. • Footwear material sourcing across current scope and new vendors according to design/ function/ lead time/ MOQ within business strategy. • Oversee on material inventory with MOQ and specialties to identify front issues with optimal stock levels. • Cost analyze and contract negotiate with material vendors to optimize budget and minimize expenses • Collaborate with vendors to collect and analyze performance data on quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and compliance scores to support the manager in strategic decision-making. • Material system maintaining.
Responsible Sourcing/ Purchasing (RPP):
o by working closely with the Amer Sports Global Sourcing Vendor Sustainability team on quarterly business reviews and responsible purchasing training/capacity building (at least annually) o by adhering to negotiated lead times and balanced annual capacities to expedite responsible purchasing practices as outlined in the Responsible Sourcing Policy

• Bachelor’s degree or above • 5-10 years working experiences in footwear industry is a must. • Proven experience in material management or project management, preferably in handling sports shoes. • Knowledge of material properties, lab testing, and manufacturing. • High profitiency in English. • Good interpersonal and communication skill. • Good analytical and problem solving skill. • Computer skill: MS Office, SAP, Centric.
