About this Role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Team Manager with a strong background in public relations to oversee and shape our digital content strategy. The ideal candidate is a Chief Editor of Getac stories, capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target key accounts and align with the company's business goals. This role manages a team of content creators and transforms our brand’s visibility and reputation into incremental revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Development: develop and implement a digital content calendar and craft thought leadership and lead generation messages that support the organization’s marketing and PR goals across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, copywriters, and social media specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
3. Public Relations Integration: Craft and distribute content that builds relationships with media, enhances brand reputation, and positions the company as an industry leader. Oversee digital PR activities such as press releases, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, PR, and Product teams to align messaging and support campaigns. Ensure communication and alignment across all digital touchpoints to target accounts.
5. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess impact and guide content planning. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.
6. Crisis Communications: Act as a key team member for digital crisis communications, helping to manage and respond to reputational risks in real-time with a focus on transparency and brand integrity.
