工作內容
1. Global resource strategizing and execution
2. Act as the primary interface with the customer, addressing capacity, cost, timing, and quality
concerns, coordinating with relevant company functions.
3. Serve as the lead liaison between the customer and internal teams to achieve operation
objectives.
4. Manage project teams, coordinate business teams, and resolve issues and risks encountered
during project execution, focusing on assessment, cost assessment, schedule adherence, quality
assurance, risk mitigation, scope management, and process enhancement.
5. Lead cross-functional teams internally to prepare for production ramp-up and product transitions.
6. Lead digitalization transition in supply chain operation
7. Capex readiness and budgeting
8. Provide support for products in a sustaining environment.

work experience.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
